DISCLAIMER & RESPONSIBILITY

The Student understands that the Coach is not acting in the capacity of a doctor, licensed dietitian, psychologist, or other licensed professional and that any advice given by the Coach is not meant to take the place of advice by these professionals. If the Student is under the care of a healthcare professional or currently uses prescription medications, the Student should discuss any dietary changes or potential dietary supplements use with his or her doctor, and should not discontinue any prescription medications without first consulting his or her doctor.

The Student acknowledges that the Student takes full responsibility for the Student’s life and well-being and all decisions made during and after this program.

SCHEDULE

To get the most value and breakthroughs, you are encouraged to watch all the videos and do all the exercises in each lesson. If you are in the Camaraderie Program, it is encouraged that you attend and participate in all group sessions. While the sessions are necessary to help you learn, it is ultimately up to you to apply what you’ve learned with high repetition to create new habits that make miraculous changes in your life.

If you are in the Camaraderie Program and you arrive 5 minutes late without notice or missed a session, must apologize to the group for your tardiness and missed session. Please reschedule your Clarity Calls 24 hours in advance online. The Student must not miss the Clarity Call by more than 2 minutes or the Clarity Call is canceled without the opportunity to reschedule. 

PAYMENTS

All bookings require full payment to secure and begin the program. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted online. All sales are final. No refunds are given.

ARBITRATION, CHOICE OF LAW & LIMITED REMEDIES

If there ever arises a dispute between Coach and Student with respect to the services provided pursuant to this agreement or otherwise pertaining to the relationship between the parties, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association (Commercial Arbitration and Mediation Center for the Americas Mediation and Arbitration Rules). Any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Such arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. The sole remedy that can be awarded to the Student if an award is granted in arbitration is the refund of the Program Fee. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, no award of consequential or other damages, unless specifically set forth herein, may be granted to the Student. This agreement shall be construed according to the laws of the State of Hawai’i. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining portions of the Agreement shall be severed and remain in full force.
